| •How to apply for subsidization |
| You will find a "Shugaku Enjohi Jukyu Shinseishoken (Application form for receiving subsidization for attending school)" at the municipal elementary or junior high schools or Ward Community Service Division. Please make sure that you completely fill out and press your seal on the form and submit it to the school where your child will attend or at your respective Ward Community Service Division. |
