| In order to lighten the financial burden for parents of children who are in special needs classes, part of the expenses necessary for attending school will be subsidized in accordance with the extend to which parents have to ability to pay. |

| ◎Loans of rehabilitation flutes and large-print textbooks |
| Students with disabilities in their upper limbs will be provided with either a soprano or alto recorder in correspondence with their disability. Large-print textbooks will be lent out to students with weak sight in correspondence with their eyesight. |

| ◎Exhibition of works created by students with special needs |
| The handiwork of children attending special support education is displayed at 4 venues in the city to promote the cultivation and advancement of special support education. |
