When you put out your garbage for
collection, be sure
to follow the guidelines for sorting, use the
specified types of garbage bags and put out your
garbage no later than 8:30 a.m. on the specified
collection days (or the night
before or by 5:30 a.m. if you live in an area
where combustible garbage is collected early in
the morning).

How
to dispose of bulk trash
Bulky things which are more than 90 cm in length/diameter
cannot be put out for collection.
If you wish to dispose of bulk trash, either 1.
contact your local Cleaning Office and request
curbside pick-up or 2.
take your waste directly to a waste disposal facility.
Spring mattresses, sofas with springs, clothesline
poles, batteries and tires can either be picked
up at curbside or brought directly to a waste
disposal facility to be disposed of for a fee. |
