For roads with a width greater than 1. 8 meters, construction will be undertaken by the city.
For roads with a width less than 1.8 meters, assistance with construction costs will be given. Applicable roads must satisfy certain specific conditions such as having at least two households using the sewerage system and having the consent of all relevant owners.

・Private roads with a width greater than 1.8 meters

1.	The road must have at least two households who will use the sewerage system
2.	The road must not border a public road with a sewerage system
3.	Once the sewerage system has been installed, conduit pipes must be promptly connected to the system
4.	Once the sewerage system has been installed, the water flush system should be promptly installed.
5.	The consent of all relevant owners must be obtained.

・Private roads with a width less than 1.8 meter

1.	The road must have at least two households that will use the sewerage system
2.	Once the sewerage system has been installed, flush toilets should be promptly installed.
3.	All users of the sewerage system should be involved in its operation and maintenance.
4.	The consent of all relevant owners must be obtained.
