Individuals seeking provision of tap water in Saitama City must register their name at the Saitama City Bureau of Waterworks.
Please contact the Telephone Reception Center at the Bureau of Waterworks if you would like to start or discontinue water usage due to reasons such as moving (Procedures for use of the sewer system can also be completed at this time.) |

| 2 Water charge/ Sewer Usage Fee |
The water charge will be determined according to the amount of water used by the customer. Customers will be billed once every 2 months. The sewer usage fee will also be billed at this time.
Below are the methods for payment. |

| (1)Payment by account transfer |
Account transfer is a convenient system in which the payment amount is deducted automatically from the customer’s account on the due date. Please feel free to take advantage of this system.
Account transfer is available at banking institutions, such as the Japan Post Bank and central branch, and other branches of major banking establishments. |

| (2)Payment by billing statements |
The Saitama City Bureau of Waterworks will send billing statements by post to your home, so please make the payment by the due date.
Payments can be made at the Japan Post Bank and central branch, or other branches of major banking establishments. Payment is also possible at major convenience stores. |
