If you would like to use home help or short stay services, please consult the Assistance Division in the ward where you reside or consult one of the city's partner support centers for the disabled.
As a basic rule, applications must be submitted by the disabled person, or the guardian of a disabled child、 but submission may also be delegated to others. |

| The following handbooks are issued according to the type and level of the disability. |

| ◇ Health and welfare handbook for the mentally disabled |
