I am deeply honored to present you the 34 Leading-edge Certified Companies of
Saitama City.

Being on the leading edge means to be among the first wave adopters of the most
modern and advanced equipment and methods. Our certified companies are chosen
and recognized among Saitama City’s high concentration companies at the forefront of
various fields.

The business environment of the manufacturing sector in Japan has been going through
drastic changes. Industry4.0 evolves, digital transformation is changing and adding
values to manufacturing, the national government is promoting Society 5.0, also known
as the super smart society, aiming to create a society in which to effectively utilize AI and
IoT to address social challenges.

The Saitama City Leading-edge Company Certification and Support Program is
celebrating its 12th year this year and we will continue to cooperate with local economic
organizations and financial institutions while assisting in technology development, market
expansion, human resource development and more. We hope our certified companies
continue to grow, make the leap forward and become the driving force of not only
